This project focused on reducing deployment risk across multiple services by introducing a predictable blue-green release flow.

Approach

• Built reusable GitHub Actions workflows for build, test, and deploy stages.
• Provisioned parallel environments and switched traffic only after verification.
• Added release metadata and version tagging to support fast rollbacks.

Deployment Safety

• Used health checks as mandatory promotion gates.
• Blocked traffic cutover when checks failed.
• Preserved previous stable environment for immediate rollback.

Outcome

The pipeline made deployments repeatable and safer, with significantly lower operational anxiety during releases.
